Otorohanga Zoological Society
Renowned for breeding kiwi birds, the Otorohanga Zoological Society are a non-profit organisation who breed native New Zealand birds for conservation and education purposes.
Established in 1971, they are now coming close to half a century of operation. Based in Otorohanga, they have a dedicated and passionate team of 20 staff.
Time for change
In 2012 the company found trouble with their accounting package - the entire system needed untangling and restructuring. They had been with Payroll since the beginning, but they found it was no longer the best solution.
